Other Side North West Cats and Dogs

The road less travelled for you to explore! We accompany the volunteer of a local rescue project on her daily round to feed the stray dogs and cats living in the hills behind the capital. While distributing food to stray dogs and cats, we enjoy surprising views of the city. Afterwards, we take a stroll through Plaine Verte, the suburb of Port Louis where Chinatown meets Jummah Mosque. After lunch at a typical restaurant, we visit a local rescue organisation, take a walk with strays and learn all about the adoption programme.
