The Indian Ocean offers a refuge of serenity, calm and stunning beauty to be discovered during a swim in the lagoon, a boat outing or a diving trip into the deep blue.
However, the marine environment is harshly affected by the dramatic rise in civilisation and population experienced on most islands during the past few decades
Coral reefs are biological ecosystems and as diverse as tropical rain forests. Caused by pollution though, these unique ecosystems are degrading worldwide at an alarmingly rapid rate.
There is an urgent need to manage the impacts of tourism, which have led to drastic changes in the marine environment today. We from the Rainbow aim to preserve our Ocean environment for future generations and for you! This is why we collaborate closely with the groups and government bodies set up to protect it and invite you to, by joining in our activities, be a part of it.
